IT Service Management
The IT Service Management team facilitates the adoption of best practice guidelines in service life cycle management to deliver high quality IT services. It also coordinates an operating model based on an integrated process framework to strengthen MSU IT operations and align with colleges and departments across campus.
The Service Desk team represents the MSU IT Service Desk offering help and support for technology services and systems managed by MSU IT. Support is available by phone, email, and articles. Alerts regarding critical events and scheduled maintenance for technology services are posted on Service Status.
