WHAT IS IT?
- IPF – Planon (formerly Facilities Connect)
- This project was formed to transition MSU to a new integrated workplace management system (IWMS), replacing FAMIS, Mysoft, and portions of Pinnacle.
WHY ARE WE DOING THIS?
- The current IWMS (FAMIS) is end-of-life and no longer vendor supported. This new solution will have 18 integrated modules and serve six stakeholder groups across MSU to gain transparency, foster collaborative business processes, and improve the customer experience.
MILESTONES:
- Space module go-live: June 2023
Remaining Planon module go-live: January 2024
