MSU Information Technology

The Office of the Chief Information Officer (CIO) is responsible for technology planning, security frameworks, policy, and enterprise systems architecture across Michigan State University.

This includes the MSU IT Governance initiative and MSU IT Council that partner with the MSU community to make collaborative decisions about technology.

The functions of the IT Services departments are also under single leadership in the Office of the Chief Information Officer to provide a coherent and coordinated approach across the central IT unit.
