- Posting Snapshot – MSU IT Services is looking for a dependable, self-starter to join the Campus IT Experience department. This Information Center Agent/Student Clerical Assistant II position will assist the ContactMSU team. The position performs a wide range of clerical support for MSU IT requiring knowledge of department functions. Maintains and processes department records and/or accounts. Answers telephone and provides requested information, compiles and prepares materials, runs department errands, greets visitors, and processes mail. Completes projects and other duties assigned by supervisor. This position is not remote-friendly however has standard working hours.
