Research data management training is offered by the Center for Statistical Training and Consulting (CSTAT) and MSU Libraries.

FEATURES
- Assist in developing a database, data dictionary and metadata to prepare for data collection or data analysis
- Teach workshops or courses
- Data manager or statisticians available for consultation
PRE-REQUISITES
- MSU faculty, research staff, or graduate students
CHARGES
- May be subsidized by college- or unit-level sponsorship agreements
- % FTE or hourly rates available depending on scope of project
- Some workshops or courses are free, some carry a fee

- Training can be tailored to undergraduate, graduate, or researcher audience
- Available topics include but are not limited to general research data management, writing data management plans, or data sharing and deposit
- Specialty training for digital humanities also available
