High Performance Computing Training provides training support for supercomputer users, including the Linux command line, basic supercomputer usage, workflow development, and related subjects.

  • Facilitate online training in command line and supercomputer usage and modeling, data analysis, and visualization tools
  • Provides one-on-one and small-group training in a variety of specialized subjects

PRE-REQUISITES

  • Must already have access to the MSU supercomputer for most workshops and one-on-one sessions (obtained through courses or via research group PI)
  • Must be affiliated with MSU or have access to the MSU HPCC through partner institutions (Central and Western Michigan Universities, Oakland University)
