ChatGPT EDU does not provide API tokens or direct API access. If your project needs OpenAI API integration, please submit a separate request to discuss your specific needs and explore available options.

MSU-licensed Zoom AI Companion

Zoom AI Companion is an AI-powered feature set integrated into Zoom that provides meeting summaries, smart recordings, and real-time assistance by analyzing meeting transcripts, chat, and shared content. It helps reduce manual note-taking and improve meeting outcomes by generating summaries, key points, and action items. Features are off by default and must be enabled by the meeting host, with participant notification when active.  Allowed data includes Public, Internal, Confidential, and FERPA data (learn more about data security). Purchasing non-enterprise AI tools

Any request to purchase a non-enterprise generative AI tool at MSU requires the completion and approval of an IT Readiness form. This process ensures that all tools used on campus meet MSU’s security and data-handling standards.
