MSU IT provides on-campus audiovisual (A/V) equipment and support for classes and other events in classrooms and university spaces.
The following equipment can rented for use on and off campus:
- Document Cameras
- iClickers (Student Response Systems)
- Microphones
- Podiums
- Portable Sounds Systems
- Speakers
- Video/Data Projectors
Technical event operators are available for operation and support of audio systems and other equipment setup and operation. MSU IT technicians are fully trained and qualified to operate all of our equipment whether the venue is large or small.
Ordering Equipment
No-costs equipment rental and support applies only to regularly scheduled MSU credit courses taught on campus. All other services are available on a fee basis covering equipment, delivery, and labor. Call for equipment consultation, pricing, and estimates.

To ensure timely delivery, orders should be placed at least two business days in advance of the class or event. Faculty are encouraged to place their orders early for the entire semester.
