An Introduction to MSU’s Libraries & MSU Information Technology Resources

Join Library & IT staff for hands-on introduction to technology resources available for Michigan State University Teaching Assistants.

The complimentary event is open to all new MSU teaching assistants.

Learning Management System Session – (2:30 to 3:20 p.m.)

An introduction to MSU’s principal centrally-supported course management software. Learn how to post content, enable your course, manage rosters, and more.

Break – (3:20 to 3:30)

Library Resources Session – (3:30 to 4:30 p.m.)

Explore e-resources, learn about Distance Learning Services, and find out about library programs, along with other tools for efficient and effective research and teaching.

Classroom Technology – (4:30 to 5:00 p.m.)

What will you find in your classroom? Learn how to use a technology cart, find out where to get help, training, and advice for classroom technology issues.
