IT Services is consolidating multiple technology support phone numbers to a single number to create a unified service desk experience for the MSU community.
Effective today, May 27, the phone number for calls seeking academic and administrative technology support is (517) 432-6200 or (844) 678-6200 toll free. The email itserve@msu.edu remains the same.
Separate phone numbers will no longer be needed for business applications, university systems support, classroom technology support, or copyright infringement. Old numbers will be rerouted to (517) 432-6200 starting on May 27.
Additionally, the IT Services Support Desk will now be referred to as the MSU IT Service Desk.
