What does APM do?
Application Performance Management (APM) is a suite of software tools that allow MSU IT to view and manage the performance and availability of MSU’s software applications’ supporting infrastructure.
What are the Benefits?
Performance thresholds and smart baseline metrics provide proactive alerting before a performance issue affects end-users. Analysis tools can identify performance issues. Built-in web dashboards provide performance detail immediately upon deploying APM or create customized dashboards to display specific key performance metrics.
You can use APM for applications hosted by MSU and for vendor applications hosted in the cloud.
