MSU IT presents Inaugural Excellence in IT Awards

MSU IT leadership celebrated June 9, recognizing the extraordinary efforts of its staff to advance student, faculty, and staff success through the presentation of the inaugural Excellence in IT Awards. Awards were presented to MSU IT staff in the areas of student and staff success, as well as in the categories of Innovation, Virtual Champion, Outstanding Service, and Most Valuable Teammate.

All IT staff were invited to nominate peers who exemplify MSU IT’s mission, vision, and values. A diverse, six-member selection committee scored all nominations and made recommendations for this year’s recipients. Winners received an engraved award and additional professional development opportunities for their entire teams.

Each week, beginning June 14, an in-depth feature of one of this year’s award recipients will be added to this site.
