The MSU IT Training team is offering live training sessions at no cost to students, faculty, and staff. These training sessions are designed to help new users successfully utilize critical digital applications like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, OneNote, and OneDrive.
There are multiple session types being offered, including an overview of Spartan 365 products and sessions dedicated specifically to individual applications.
Zoom Meetings
A one-hour long live virtual instructor led training session that will cover Zoom settings prior to a meeting in order to collaborate more effectively with others along with how to schedule, host, and manage Zoom meetings.
Spartan (Microsoft) 365 Overview
This course will introduce you to the Microsoft 365 suite of software, including Teams, Outlook, Power Automate, Planner, and much more, available at no cost to MSU staff, faculty, and students that will help you store data, collaborate, and work efficiently.
Microsoft Teams
Microsoft Teams is one of the most useful tools available to MSU staff, faculty, and students: an instant messaging platform, storage system, and collaborative workspace all rolled into one.
Microsoft OneDrive
The go-to application for storing your files and ensuring that you have all your work saved, backed up, and available wherever and whenever you or your partners need to access it.
Microsoft OneNote
A digital notebook that allows you to quickly take comprehensive notes, share them in real time with your group, and embed related material directly into your notebook.
