MSU IT celebrated the exceptional contributions of staff during a special presentation of the 2023 Excellence in IT Awards Wednesday, Dec. 6 at WKAR Studios on the Michigan State University Campus. Recipients for this year’s awards — Outstanding Service, Innovation, Student Success, Faculty Success, Staff Success and IT Partner — were selected from 26 nominations.
All IT staff were invited to nominate peers who exemplify MSU IT’s mission, vision, and values. A diverse, six-member selection committee scored all nominations and made recommendations for this year’s recipients. Winners received an engraved award and were honored guests at a breakfast reception prior to the awards ceremony.
