Printing
MSU Print is the centrally supported printing solution for MSU students, faculty, staff, and departments. Students can send prints jobs via print.msu.edu to printers across campus.
Printing is also available in many computer lab locations. Read more about printing options.
Computer labs & classrooms
MSU computer labs offer computers with a wide range of specialty software that is available for your use.
There are more than 60 computer labs and close to 260 technology classrooms across campus used by students, faculty, and staff. (See the list of locations and hours.)

Email & Office applications
Spartan Mail is your official university email system for all MSU correspondence. Login to spartanmail.msu.edu.
Download Office Pro Plus applications: Once logged into Spartan Mail, click on “Office 365” in the top left and then click the “Install now” button.
Collaborative tools
MSU offers collaborative tools that allow you to save your work securely in the cloud, work on coursework wherever you have an Internet connection, and collaborate with your cohort simultaneously anywhere in the world.

Store and share media and video files using MSU Kaltura MediaSpace.
Use MSU Qualtrics for creating and sending surveys related to coursework.
Resources and tools for online learning
The Keep Learning website provides a collection of resources and tools for students.
This content is designed to assist students in the online learning process, including academic advising resources, online connectivity instructions, training and workshops, and more.
Learning management systems
MSU faculty and instructors may use different learning management systems or course management systems for coursework and course materials.
The main two MSU IT-supported systems are D2L and LON-CAPA. Access to these systems is connected to your NetID and password login information.
