Getting connected during MSU move in
Campus Wi-Fi
When it comes to getting and staying connected on campus, we have you covered. MSU provides all academic buildings and residence halls with secure Wi-Fi access for all your devices, so it is not necessary for students to use personal routers in their dorm rooms.
When attempting to connect a mobile device, computer, or laptop, use eduroam.
Connecting to eduroam

- Once redirected, click JoinNow to begin the download.
- Once the download is complete, open JoinNow from your downloads folder and click next.
- This will redirect you to MSU’s single sign on.
- Login to your MSU account using your NetID and password.
- Once logged in, you go back to the JoinNow application.
- At this point, your device is now configured to connect to eduroam.
