Printing
MSU Print is the centrally supported printing solution for MSU students, faculty, staff, and departments. Students can send prints jobs via print.msu.edu to printers across campus.
Printing is also available in many computer lab locations. Read more about printing options.
Computer labs & classrooms
MSU computer labs offer computers with a wide range of specialty software that is available for your use.
There are more than 60 computer labs and close to 260 technology classrooms across campus used by students, faculty, and staff. (See the list of locations and hours.)

Collaborative tools
MSU provides tools for learning and collaboration. Your courses may use some or all of them.
Learn more about D2L, MSU’s main supported online learning management system. Take the Student – D2L Training Course to discover the most commonly used features to help you succeed.
Spartan 365 (also known as Office 365) is an available suite of Microsoft Office software offering robust features, a secure, collaborative environment, and the ability to use on multiple devices. Live virtual courses, on-demand recordings, and more are available to help you learn how to use commonly used Spartan 365 apps like Teams, OneNote, and more. Spartan Mail is your official university email system for all MSU correspondence. Login to spartanmail.msu.edu. Download Office Pro Plus applications: Once logged into Spartan Mail, click on “Office 365” in the top left and then click the “Install now” button.
Google G Suite for Education is available for real time collaboration.
Store and share media and video files using MSU Kaltura MediaSpace.
Use MSU Qualtrics for creating and sending surveys related to coursework.
For help with online courses, the Keep Learning website is designed to assist students in the online learning process, including academic advising resources, online connectivity instructions, training and workshops, and more.

The MSU App provides easy mobile access to top MSU news, a campus map, residence hall dining options, events, and more. New features are continuously added, so check back for updates.
