MSU IT Data Storage and Recovery team utilizes CommVault software to protect customer data. This optional service offers daily, automated backup jobs for physical and virtual Servers, Azure, AWS, Elastic Storage, and more. This replication of data allows for the restoration of files that have been corrupted and/or destroyed.
Virtual servers using VMWare have the added flexibility to back up using CommVault’s backup agent or directly from VMWare with snapshots. The service offers access to the same hardware and software MSU uses to back up mission-critical applications and systems.
