Service Delivery Managers (SDMs) are responsible for helping our customers navigate the many different technical areas with MSU IT. We are the communication bridge between IT Services and the business areas and serve as a single point of contact for external customers. We act as a customer liaison to improve communication between IT and our customers, advocate for unit needs within MSU IT and serve as an escalation point for issues that arise.
