MSU IT is upgrading the D2L Learning Management System to version 10.5.2 before the spring 2016 semester.
Instructors who want to preview the new version before planning spring semester classes can visit the D2L Sandbox site.
New features
This upgrade will offer new features, some of which include:
- Improved quiz statistics
- A HTML 5 media player that makes it easier to insert and play back audio and video
- More course group self enrollment options

D2L resources
Several D2L training courses will be available at MSU Seminars in Research and Instructional Technology on January 6-7, 2016. The complimentary event is open to MSU faculty, academic staff, and graduate assistants.
