Greetings fellow Spartans! As the end of the year approaches, the MSU IT Service Desk, ID Office, and Tech Store will not be operating for specific portions of MSU’s winter break.
IT Service Desk Availability
Beginning on Friday, December 24, the IT Service Desk is closed on:
- Friday, December 24 – Monday, December 27
- Friday, December 31 – January 3
The MSU IT Service Desk will also have reduced hours on these dates:
- Sunday, December 19 – Thursday, December 23 8 a.m. – 8 p.m.
- Tuesday, December 28 – Thursday, December 30 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
The Service Desk will resume its regular hours on January 4, 2022.
MSU Tech Store Availability
Beginning on Monday, December 20, through Friday, December 31, the MSU Tech Store will be closed.
During this time, one staff member will be available remotely Monday through Thursday to monitor emergency emails and voicemails.
On Tuesday, January 4, the MSU Tech Store will return to regular store hours
- Monday through Friday: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. – Open to the public
ID Office Availability
The ID Office will be closed to all walk-in traffic from Thursday December 23, 2021 through Monday January 3, 2022.
Phone calls will be handled remotely on December 23, 2021 and from December 28, 2021 through December 30, 2021 from 8 a.m. – 4:45 p.m.
