D2L Conversion Labs will be held around campus to provide instructors with a hands-on course conversion experience to facilitate smoother transitions to Desire2Learn (D2L).
Conversion labs are held through MSU IT Services and co-sponsored by the Office of Faculty and Organizational Development.
Conversion lab details
D2L Conversion Labs will be held in computer labs around campus and openings per session will vary. These two- to four-hour labs provide the opportunity to dive right into converting courses from the ANGEL Learning Management System (LMS) to D2L.
Participants will be provided with a detailed tutorial in advance, so they can have copies of their courses available in D2L before the class date.
Advance registration for the free conversion labs through EBS is required to ensure that participants receive effective individual attention.
Conversion labs will be:
- Friday, February 15, from 1:00-5:00 p.m., Computer Center, room 415
- Tuesday, March 12, from 11:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m., Case Hall, room 337
- Wednesday, April 10, from 1:00-5:00 p.m., Life Science, room A131
