If you are an educator using iClicker, to ensure connectivity while using iClicker on campus, please consider the following:
- Make sure your personal device (e.g., phone, tablet, laptop) is registered and connected to the “MSUnet 3.0” Wi-Fi network.
- iClicker may not work properly when using MSUnet Guest 3.0, MSUnet 5Ghz, or eduroam networksPlease also advise your students with this information when using iClicker in the classroom.
How to register a device to use MSUnet 3.0
- Connect to the MSUnet 3.0Wi-Fi network
- Wait for a page to open automatically for network registration
- Click the link, “Visit the DHCP Registration Site”
- If the page doesn’t open, go to msu.edu in a browser
- Sign in with your MSU NetID and password
- Enter your device’s information
- Full name will be the name of the primary user
- Location of device will be your primary residence or office location
- Description of device will be the brand and model of your device
- When complete, restart your device
