Dave's Bio
Dave leverages active learning strategies while using emerging technologies as an instructional designer at MSU. He works with MSU IT Academic Technology and The Hub for Innovation in Learning and Technology where he collaborates with faculty to develop new courses, redesign existing courses, and consult on learning objects. Dave started working at MSU in 2012 and also helps facilitate faculty workshops and is a guest instructor with the MSU College of Education. In 2008, Dave got his start in instructional design at Spring Arbor University and helped start up the MyBlend program at Michigan Virtual University. Before that, he was a high school science and physical education teacher. Dave has a Master’s degree in Education specializing in Instructional Design for Online Learning from Capella University.
