Office Pro Plus software available to MSU graduate students
MSU graduate students now have access to Microsoft Office Pro Plus software downloads at no cost as part of MSU’s licensing agreement.
What is Office Pro Plus?Office Pro Plus includes Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and OneNote. Each graduate student can download Office Pro Plus on up to five computers (Windows or Apple iOS), five tablets (Windows, Apple iOS, and/or Android), and five smart phones. Read Full Article →
MSU to migrate all undergrad students to Office 365 by end of November
MSU Information Technology started migrating new MSU undergraduate students in June to Office 365 email from MSU Legacy Email. Currently, more than 35,000 accounts have been migrated to Office 365.
Sophomores were migrated to Office 365 email in September, juniors were migrated in October, and seniors will be migrated by the end of November. Read Full Article →

MSU and IT Services have finalized and expanded some recent campus licensing agreements for:
- CampusAD (IT staff/departments)
- Campus Exchange (IT staff/departments)
- Kaltura MediaSpace video storage (students, faculty, staff)
- Microsoft Enrollment for Education licenses (IT staff/departments, students, faculty, staff)
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux license (IT staff/departments)
- Zoom web conferencing (students, faculty, staff)
IT Services now centrally funds and manages a Microsoft Windows 2008 Active Directory infrastructure for units on campus. Read Full Article →
