Get help with password resets, user account unlocking, issues with enterprise, administrative or student systems and information services such as computer enrollment, Degree Navigator, StuInfo, EBS, Sentinel, SIS, CASHNet, University Advancement, and University Systems applications. Assistance with technology in classrooms, and general computer and network issues including email, viruses, security, firewalls, network connections (DHCP), network trouble, MSU NetID authentication.
