Get assistance with classroom and computer lab technology, online learning tools (e.g., D2L, MediaSpace, Zoom conferencing), enterprise and administrative systems (e.g., EBS, Sentinel, CASHNet), student systems and information (e.g., computer enrollment, Degree Navigator, StuInfo), and University Systems applications.
Get help with password resets, user account unlocking, and general computer and network issues including email, viruses, security, firewalls, network connections (DHCP), network trouble, and MSU NetID authentication.
