The MSU IT Service Desk provides the primary technology support for the MSU community, though some MSU departments also have support desks.
Additionally, the IT Service Desk handles service requests and service management for MSU Information Technology.
On January 17, 2016 the MSU IT Service Desk changed its email address from firstname.lastname@example.org to email@example.com. This change supports the Service Desk’s ability to better support the IT help needs of the campus community. To ensure all emails are received, automatic forwarding is enabled so that messages sent to either address are received and acted on.
