These awards recognize outstanding contributions to the use and development of information technology for teaching and learning in credit-bearing courses at Michigan State University.

MSU IT’s commitment to experience-centered service will be strengthened this spring by launching a new self-service client portal at ithelp.msu.edu on March 21, 2023.
The portal will utilize TeamDynamix, replacing CA Service Desk as MSU IT’s Service Management (ITSM) tool. An ITSM provides a streamlined approach to managing the delivery and function of IT services. Read Full Article →
