MSU details its Bolder IT plan for technology
Joanna Young, MSU Vice President and CIO of Information Technology, kicked off the Bolder IT plan at an MSU Leadership and Administrators seminar on November 11, entitled “Information Technology Unplugged.” Young presented along with Vice President Vennie Gore, Associate Provost Jeff Grabill, Dean Leo Kempel, and Dean Elizabeth Simmons who represent some executives partnering on this plan. MSU IT Conference looked at ways technology is changing in higher ed
The MSU IT Conference was held June 10, 2014, in the MSU Union with breakout sessions in the Human Ecology and Natural Science buildings.
More than 200 attended the conference open to those in the MSU community interested in information technology.

IT Services rolls out updates in select technology classrooms for fall
IT Services updated technology in 14 classrooms for the fall 2013 semester. Instructors in those specific technology classrooms have received messages detailing the updates.
Select classroom updates are occurring in Anthony, Business College Complex, Center for International Program (CIP), Chemistry, Engineering, Eppley, Erickson, IM Circle, IM West, Jenison, and McDonel.
