Susan is an MSU instructional designer with more than 15 years of experience assisting faculty with educational technology and course design needs. She is an experienced online and classroom educator, online course developer, and course management system expert (currently D2L). She enjoys solving problems, which may be related to her degree in mathematics (an MSU alumna!). MSU IT integrated the Awards tool into MSU D2L enabling instructors to issue badges and certificates recognizing student achievements and encouraging engagement.
